WORK PROCESS

  • Empathy
  • Engagement
  • Interpretive
  • Courage

Traditionally, discovery is a meeting with our client where we will ask all of the initial questions required to proceed in the design process. We do not take this meeting lightly and if we have had time and information to prepare, be prepared to answer many questions. If we have not the time or information, be prepared to start from the beginning and walk us all the way through. We understand in many situations this meeting is our sole opportunity to get the information we need to provide a quality proposal. However, discovery is not only about this meeting. During this time we will also do our homework. We will research everything that we have access to about our client and their products or services. The information we collect will serve as the foundation for moving forward in the process.
